The Air Hogs Havoc Heli Mini RC Helicopter. This product was reviewed by 389 different customers. Overall, it had okay reviews. Out of 5 stars this mini remote-controlled helicopter got a little less than a four star rating, but it did receive a lot of positive comments. The low price point is what is seems to get some people to try this model. One person confessed that he is not a die hard fan of RC aircrafts, but after watching several TV commercials in the past, had put thoughts in his head of trying it one day. He hesitated because of the original high price. When he saw this model and the price, he decided to give it a try.
Many people noticed that it was very light in weight, yet quite durable for its size. The durability can be tested by accidentally bumping into little objects in the house. It seems to shake it off nicely and continue its journey to blaze through the air. If you want to fly it outside, just make sure there is no wind.
Several commented that the using the controller is similar to the controller that is used for RC cars. The up/down levers allow you to direct whether the helicopter goes up or down and the left/right controls are basically your steering wheel. Though, some felt it would have been nice to have an option that goes forward and backward, it is already challenging enough to use the two levers simultaneously. The controls are very sensitive, at times you may find it randomly start to explore, even though it is in hover mode.
